REFUNDS&RETURNS
Thanks for shopping at my site. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please get in contact with me.
If your package arrives damaged please send an email to kdbathieenquiries@gmail.com with a photograph of the damaged item attached.
Returns: You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. The item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in similar protective packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. If your return is approved, refunds will be issued via Paypal.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
